Today I attended Douglas Cook's Blessing of the Animals. He is a Catholic Monsignor. A short note on blessings, be you human or from the animal kingdom.
Don't spend your time or avoidance because you are not Catholic, or dismiss someone because you are not Buddisht, nor roll your eyes because you are not another religion or belief. Look at what they all have in common. They at least all believe that their is someone higher then themselves.
And in not quibbling I got an extra blessing! See I am not Catholic. Though that doesn't matter. You can never have too many blessings. And it came to me from the heart of another. And that is the most important thing.
Maybe we are all trying to get to the peak of the same mountain. And we are all just taking a different path up...
