I am a balanced dog. I live in the now. I am not stress, bummed, overwhelmed. I am not thinking about anything that happened yesterday or may happen tomorrow. I am in the now. I am a balanced dog. I am not tilter from one option to another. I am not unsure. I am what a I am. A dog, now.
If you are balanced you are not confused. If you don't understand meditate and be a dog!
